Mortgage rates the lowest in 60 years..Wow!

There are so many real estate articles to read up on... The one that makes me smile is from the Palm Beach Post recently touting the best mortgage rates in 60 years!! They are almost giving away money to purchase homes.  Great pricing,, great interest rates...what are you waiting for??I love this real estate market..
